  Win margin adds to your score, losing subtracts. Survivor pool: 3 losses and you're out.
  Also survivor pool is an extra game.
  If you lose in the Survivor pool
  you are still in on the Margin pool.
• When you pick a team in the Margin pool it also adds that team to the Survivor pool
